Built for life at the beach.
New homes in Carolina Beach and Kure Beach, designed for relaxed living on the North Carolina coast.
About Coastline Residential
Local Knowledge. Thoughtful Homes.
Living at the beach has its own rhythm, and the homes built here should reflect it. Coastline Residential brings local knowledge to every project, with an understanding of the features, layouts, and building choices that make sense for life on Pleasure Island.
Each home we build is planned for coastal living, with space for gathering, outdoor living, storage, parking, beach gear, and the everyday details that make life on an island easier to enjoy.

BEHIND COASTLINE RESIDENTIAL
Meet Kirk Hudgins
A North Carolina native and UNC Wilmington graduate, Kirk Hudgins began his career working on residential renovations before moving into real estate investment and homebuilding.
He founded Coastline Residential in 2023 and remains closely involved in each project, with attention to the layout, materials, finishes, and details that shape every home.
Where We Build
Carolina Beach, Kure Beach, and historic Fort Fisher, all part of one coastal community.
Pleasure Island brings together two distinct beach towns with miles of oceanfront, boating and fishing, local restaurants, parks, and plenty of ways to spend time outdoors.
Carolina Beach has a lively, walkable feel, while Kure Beach offers a quieter pace just a few miles south. At the island’s southern end, Fort Fisher adds history, natural beauty, and easy access to the Cape Fear River.
This is the community we know, and the place Coastline Residential is proud to build.
